All Fine Art prints and original works are made to order on museum-grade Hahnemühle paper to ensure highest archival quality.

• Domestic (Sweden): Standard tracked shipping.

• Europe & International: Global tracked shipping.

Every order is handled with extreme care and shipped in protective, reinforced packaging to guarantee safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your piece has been printed, inspected, and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the journey of your package directly via the carrier's live tracking portal.

Damaged Goods & Replacement Policy

Due to the limited and delicate nature of fine art prints and original works, all sales are final.

If your package arrives damaged in transit:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at aayladelfreiya.proton.me.

• Provide clear photos of both the damaged outer packaging and the artwork.

We will immediately produce and ship a new replacement piece to you at no additional cost.
